Dear reader, here are the five most simple steps to maintain good health and proper balance in your body.
1.Drink 8-10 lit of water everyday as it is required for various life processes in your body.
2.Eat less and eat more number of times.
3.Keep an eye on the food you eat.Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.Fruits to be consumed at least 3 hours before the Main Meal.Try to avoid junk food and go for traditional food in your daily diet.
4.Reduce the intake of five white things Sugar, Salt , White bread, Rice and Fine wheat flour( Maida).
5. Become more active. Follow any exercise schedule and go for a walk at least 20-30 minutes daily and enjoy the pleasure of being HEALTHY.
